Enabled Talent is seeking to enhance its efforts in promoting inclusive employment opportunities for people with disabilities by designing a comprehensive grant proposal and results-based framework. The project aims to map a theory of change that clearly outlines the steps and strategies necessary to achieve meaningful employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Students will conduct research to identify and propose measurable impact indicators that align with global best practices in inclusive employment. The project will involve analyzing existing strategies and frameworks to ensure that the proposed approach is both innovative and effective. By aligning the strategy with international standards, Enabled Talent aims to strengthen its position as a leader in inclusive employment advocacy and implementation.

Deliverables

The project will result in a well-structured grant proposal that includes a detailed theory of change and a set of measurable impact indicators. Students will deliver a comprehensive report that outlines the proposed strategy, supported by research and analysis of global best practices.
