The team will identify ideal B2B creator segments, map out a value-driven acquisition strategy, and propose strategic partnership models that align with FreeFuse’s growth goals.
Industry Segmentation & Opportunity Map
- Identify 3–4 key B2B verticals (e.g., digital learning providers, brand studios, instructional design firms, etc.)
- Analyze competitive solutions and gaps
Positioning & Value Proposition Toolkit
- Tailored B2B messaging (per segment)
- Elevator pitches, email copy, and landing page content ideas
Lead Generation Funnel Strategy
- Campaign structure for LinkedIn, events, partnerships, and referral pipelines
