What is the problem your company is trying to solve by having this work done?
Hardware failures can interrupt emotional engagement and psychosocial monitoring provided by our physical Sundae Doll. A digital app will act as a fail-safe companion interface, ensuring that users can still receive therapeutic content and connection during hardware downtime. The backup solution must preserve the emotional intelligence and warmth of the original device while being intuitive and easy for both seniors and caregivers to use.
