LiveNite LLC is an early stage startup. We will require a signed NDA to work on this project. A vital part of the business is an app connecting artists, venues and fans. We’re not concerned about the superstars, they are welcome, but we want to help the talented artists that have to have a day job to survive. We have experience in this arena. We're looking to create an MVP in order to attract investors. Or better yet create a working app ready to launch. The app will be using already existing technologies used by apps like Uber, Airbnb, GPS, airlines and travel companies. There are competitors in this market but they all lack something. We feel our platform covers all the necessary bases.

Development of this app will require UX and UI development it will also include APIs to various other platforms such as GPS mapping, e-commerce, user interfaces, encrypted chat and member profiles for the 3 main categories; Artists, Venues, Fans. There may be sub categories for different genres of music. And it will also expand into the industry as a whole with sub-categories like; roadies, promoters, sound, lighting, etc.
