WTV Consulting Group is a boutique business consultancy focused on empowering startups, small businesses, and mid-sized companies through strategy, operations, and technology. We recently launched a digital platform—The SBO Pocket Consultant—on Mighty Networks to provide community, coaching, and resources to small business owners. However, the platform needs optimization, structure, and a clear go-to-market strategy.
Project Objective:
Conduct an audit and optimization strategy for the SBO Pocket Consultant platform, including a competitive landscape analysis, marketing strategy to attract users and contributors (coaches/consultants), and a community content plan to improve engagement and long-term platform growth.
This project will touch on key areas your school is looking to support:
Marketing:
- Audit the current structure and usability of the Mighty Networks platform
- Develop a marketing strategy to attract small business owners and consultants/coaches
- Conduct SWOT analysis to support positioning
- Identify customer segments and value proposition
Social Media Marketing (Strategy Only):
- Create a content strategy for Mighty Networks and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Recommend types of content and engagement (e.g., polls, lives, challenges, newsletters, resources)
- Hashtag strategy, messaging themes, and performance metrics
Plan
- Build a project plan for platform optimization and phased launch
- Propose strategies for onboarding early users, coaches, and consultants
- Recommend tools or systems for community management and platform upkeep
Deliverables:
- Final presentation & deck
- Marketing strategy
- Social media content calendar (sample month)
- Platform optimization proposal
- Project plan with timeline, KPIs, and responsibilities
