Additionally, the project will focus on developing automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline routine IT tasks and improve system backup processes. Learners will also research and configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, specifically Microsoft Intune, to enhance device security and management. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their classroom knowledge in scripting, system administration, and IT security in a real-world setting, while collaborating with the IT team to solve practical challenges.
The deliverables for this project include a detailed report on the current IT asset inventory process with recommendations for improvements, and a set of automation scripts that enhance system backup and routine IT tasks. Additionally, learners will provide a configuration guide for Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, along with a presentation summarizing their findings and proposed optimizations. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply technical skills to real-world IT challenges.
