  • Provide evidence-based recommendations for future iterations or new feature development related to caregiver support and resident interaction monitoring.

Preferred Skills / Background

  • Strong interest in digital health, mental health, or geriatric care.
  • Familiarity with EHRs, user-centered design, QA testing, or digital workflow mapping is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with frontline staff and users.

Outcome for the Student

By the end of the internship, the student will have contributed meaningfully to real-time product evaluation, gained hands-on experience in health tech QA and usability testing, and played a role in refining tools designed to reduce caregiver burnout and improve quality of life for older adults.
