The deliverables for this project include a functional prototype of the NGO Operations Management Platform, complete with core features such as project management, donor engagement, and reporting tools. Additionally, a comprehensive user interface design document will be provided, detailing the user-centered design approach. The team will also deliver a presentation outlining the development process, challenges faced, and solutions implemented. This will ensure that the platform is both practical and aligned with the needs of NGOs.
