This project invites marketing students to build a practical and creative marketing plan for a growing fitness studio. Students will research competitors, analyze the studio’s brand positioning, and propose a short-term campaign strategy. The final plan should include goals, timelines, channels, and content themes, offering a roadmap the studio can use for growth.
