To ensure long-term volunteer commitment, the project will develop a retention strategy featuring appreciation events, incentive programs, and ongoing training opportunities. Lastly, a measurement framework will be proposed to track volunteer participation and impact, utilizing tools such as surveys and engagement analytics. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their skills in marketing, human resources, and data analysis to create a comprehensive volunteer engagement strategy for CHW.
The project will deliver a comprehensive community engagement strategy with actionable recommendations to enhance volunteer involvement. It will include a detailed volunteer onboarding guide with training materials to streamline the recruitment process. Additionally, a volunteer retention plan will be developed, featuring recognition and engagement initiatives. Finally, a report will be provided, outlining data collection tools to measure volunteer impact effectively.
