Our company looking to design an application for our business

This project sets the foundation for building Fantabulously AI — a smart assistant platform that helps users manage tasks, generate ideas, automate workflows, and get things done in a “fantabulous” way. The focus is on designing the core system architecture, user experience, and integration framework that will power the platform across web and mobile.

Goals:

• Build a scalable, flexible backend system to support AI-driven services and user activities.
• Design a clean, intuitive interface that helps users take action quickly and effectively.
• Plan seamless integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe, Twilio) to extend platform functionality.
• Prepare the system for a dual monetization model (subscription + pay-per-use).
• Ensure the platform is secure, extensible, and easy to maintain.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

• Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Key Deliverables:

• Platform architecture blueprint (frontend, backend, AI orchestration layer)
