- A short report or slide deck summarizing findings and recommendations for next steps in customer engagement and product positioning.
Learners will be expected to complete the following:
- Market Research Brief
- A concise report outlining the landscape of stormwater/MS4-regulated entities across:
- Municipalities and public sector agencies
- Nontraditional MS4s (e.g., universities, airports)
- Large construction companies operating across multiple regions
- Customer Discovery Summary
- Based on stakeholder interviews and/or desk research, a summary of:
- Key decision-makers and internal workflows related to MS4 compliance
- Common challenges, pain points, and unmet needs
- Terminology and context for “EPA audit exposure” as it relates to risk and compliance
- Stakeholder Personas
- 3–5 buyer or user personas representing common roles across the sectors (e.g., Environmental Compliance Officer at a municipality, Project Manager at a general contractor)
- Strategic Insights Deck
- A presentation-ready slide deck summarizing findings, patterns, and opportunities for SmartComplAI to refine product messaging and market positioning
