2. Researching available risk mitigation strategies for reducing Intellectual Property violation
3. Mapping the process post Intellectual Property approval (Patent, Copyright, & Trademark)
4. Starting from Intellectual Property "approval to current" for validating violation Worldwide
5. Quantifying, & displaying sources contributing to risk of violation in this process
6. Identifying competing Intellectual Property for a gap analyses
7. Proposing relevant actions to resolve violations at a minimum cost to parties
8. Conducting user experience testing of portal design to minimize iterations to maximize productivity
9. Compiling Analyzing, & Interpreting data to Predict Risk of Violation of "Intellectual Property"
10. Analyzing "Intellectual Property Violation Resolutions" to date
11. Estimating Payoff Time for Intellectual Property Owners to Engage & Utilize Solutions

10. Analyze "Intellectual Property Violation Resolutions" to date
11. Estimate Payoff Time for Intellectual Property Owners to Engage and Utilize Such Solutions

Team members at MGBS as well as "C" level executive per need.

Team and MGBS Inc. will decide frequency of meeting, length of meetings, effectiveness of meetings and most importantly escalation protocol of any issues coming from either side on a proactive and a constructive basis. Goal is to reduce meeting frequency and time and focus on meetings to celebrate milestone completion and lessons learned.

Number one contributing factor for project success is ability to escalate rapidly and collaboratively resolve to success and operate harmoniously as a TEAM.
