Canada Online Tutoring is an education company providing personalized, high-quality virtual tutoring services to students across Canada. We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to redesign the website to improve user experience for both parents and students, streamline the booking and payment process, and ensure the site is visually appealing and intuitive across devices.

Project plan – Define goals, key milestones, and a timeline for the engagement.

Review of existing site and workflows – Conduct an audit of the current website to assess usability issues, navigation challenges, and overall design gaps.

Design audit – Identify pain points and improvement opportunities within the current booking, payment, and class browsing workflows.

Competitive research – Analyze other tutoring service websites to benchmark industry design standards and features.

User research – Develop personas and conduct brief interviews or surveys with parents/students (if feasible) to understand user needs and preferences.

Redesign recommendations – Deliver wireframes or mockups for redesigned site pages, especially the homepage, tutor profile pages, booking flow, and payment interface.

Prototype – Build a clickable prototype in Figma for key user flows.
