This project will guide students to develop an end-to-end email marketing strategy for the business, focusing on customer engagement, lead nurturing, and sales conversion. Students will create a campaign framework, propose segmentation strategies, and design sample email templates. The goal is to establish a strong foundation for regular and effective email communication that supports business growth. Students will enhance their understanding of digital marketing techniques, customer relationship management, and performance tracking within real-world constraints.

Deliverables

Research email marketing best practices for small businesses and e-commerce brands

Develop a campaign plan including audience segmentation, timing, and messaging strategies

Create a welcome email sequence and two promotional email templates

Propose an email content calendar for the next 2-3 months

Deliver a final strategy report with creative samples and KPIs for measuring success
