About the Role
As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will support branding, digital marketing, and content creation for TLA Group of Holding Companies. You will assist in social media management, content creation and public relations campaigns that showcase the company’s projects and industry presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Graphic design, photography, and video production for marketing materials.
- Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze industry trends.
- Support the development of branding strategies for real estate projects.
- Assist in the creation of marketing presentations and promotional materials.
- Assist in event planning, sponsorship coordination, and networking events.
- Prepare press releases and public statements.
- Work with internal teams to highlight company achievements and project updates.
Proficiency & Skills
· Experience with Social media platforms and content creation.
· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress, CRM and email marketing tools.
· Strong writing, research, and branding skills.
· Ability to multitask, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
