The goal of this project is to help streamline email communications with existing clients and potential leads by enhancing list organization, designing nurture sequences, and implementing basic A/B testing. This project is ideal for marketing or business students who want to apply their knowledge of digital communication strategies, email engagement, and content development in a real-world setting. Additional context and platform access will be provided to guide students through the technical components.
- Conduct a review of Healing Within’s current email list structure and provide recommendations for improvement (e.g., segmentation or tagging).
- Design 2–3 email nurture sequences for different audience segments (e.g., new leads, past clients).
- Create sample email templates with subject lines, body content, and calls to action.
- Recommend 2–3 simple A/B tests (e.g., subject line vs. CTA) to help improve performance.
- Prepare a final summary report with implementation steps, content samples, and recommendations.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
