Students will conduct usability testing, review workflows, and identify areas of friction or confusion. The ultimate goal is to enhance user navigation, increase engagement, and inform the next round of platform improvements.
- Perform heuristic evaluations of both portals (student-facing and employer-facing)
- Design and conduct basic user testing exercises or surveys with a student sample
- Summarize key friction points and UX issues
- Provide a prioritized list of design or feature improvement suggestions
- Deliver a UX audit report with annotated screenshots and feedback
Regular meetings
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
