Details

The Bao Journey Bakery aims to enhance its social media presence to attract more customers and engage with its community. The bakery currently has a minimal presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, which limits its ability to reach potential customers and showcase its unique offerings. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the bakery's brand identity and business objectives. The project will involve researching current social media trends, analyzing competitors, and identifying target audiences. Learners will create a content calendar and design engaging posts that highlight the bakery's products, promotions, and events. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of digital marketing and social media management in a real-world setting.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed social media strategy document outlining goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators. Additionally, learners will produce a content calendar for one month, complete with post ideas and scheduling. The team will also create at least ten pieces of original content, including graphics and captions, ready for posting on Facebook and Instagram. These deliverables will equip Bao Journey Bakery with a structured approach to enhancing its online presence.
