Details

AssetsWaves is a next-generation real estate platform that leverages technology to democratize access to property ownership. As the company prepares for its MVP launch and community-building initiatives, it is seeking a dynamic and user-focused website that will serve as a central hub for its brand.

This project challenges students to design and develop a responsive, professional website that not only showcases property offerings but also functions as a powerful tool for brand engagement and lead generation. Beyond traditional property listings, the site will feature strategic components such as:

  • Lead Capture Funnels for future investors and property owners (beta testers)

  • A Recruitment Page for early adopters and wealth-makers interested in real estate tokenization

  • An Event Calendar to highlight upcoming events such as Regen Connect and live educational sessions on LinkedIn

The website must provide an intuitive user experience across devices and clearly communicate the company’s mission, values, and unique proposition. Students will apply their front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside UX/UI best practices to build a site that is functional, scalable, and optimized for user engagement.

Deliverables

Students will deliver a complete, mobile-responsive website designed to support AssetsWaves’ goals of visibility, community building, and lead generation. Key deliverables include:

  • Homepage with clean navigation, company overview, and strong value proposition

  • Property Listings Pages with filtering and search functionality

  • Beta Tester Recruitment Section with call-to-actions for investors and property owners to join the early community

  • Lead Capture Forms for email sign-ups, contact inquiries, and partnership interest

  • Event Calendar with clear information on upcoming events like Regen Connect and LinkedIn Live Deep Dives

  • Documentation outlining technical setup, site features, and instructions for future updates or content additions
