Details

Enabled Talent is preparing to expand its Inclusive AI Hiring Platform into the U.S. and Canadian markets. Designed to transform the recruitment process through inclusive, accessibility-focused AI tools, the platform supports employers in building diverse, equitable workplaces. This project invites learners to create a strategic market entry plan, identifying key opportunities, risks, and the competitive landscape across both regions. Students will apply skills in market research, strategic planning, and AI-driven innovation to address real-world challenges tied to international expansion and inclusive employment.

Key Objectives:

  1. Conduct a competitive analysis of inclusive hiring and HR tech platforms in the U.S. and Canada.
  2. Assess current trends in disability employment and AI-based recruitment.
  3. Identify relevant labor laws, compliance requirements, and accessibility mandates.
  4. Define key customer segments (employers, jobseekers with disabilities, nonprofits).
  5. Evaluate market barriers and regional differences in tech adoption.
  6. Design a scalable, accessible business model adapted for each region.
  7. Build a go-to-market strategy with localized messaging, pricing, and outreach.
  8. Explore AI, automation, and assistive tech integrations to maintain innovation.
  9. Align financial projections with growth targets and operational needs.
  10. Deliver a comprehensive market expansion plan with timelines, risks, and action steps.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed market entry report and a presentation summarizing the strategic plan. The report should outline the SWOT analysis, competitive landscape, regulatory insights, and proposed strategies for market entry. The presentation will provide a concise overview of the findings and recommendations, demonstrating the learners' ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. This project will culminate in a strategic plan that can guide Enabled Talent's successful entry into the U.S. and Canadian markets.
