Learners will assess current spreadsheet-based workflows, explore emerging technologies and digital tools, and develop a streamlined system to manage lead tracking, funder follow-ups, and client relationships. All recommendations must meet high ethical standards, prioritizing privacy, sustainability, and alignment with our commitment to inclusive, responsible, and socially conscious business practices.
Learners will deliver a CRM-lite system prototype or ethically aligned tool recommendation, mapped workflows, automation suggestions (where appropriate), and a final summary report. All proposed tools and technologies must meet clearly defined ethical criteria—prioritizing data privacy, sustainability, affordability, and alignment with Advocate Fundraising’s social impact values. Deliverables will also include an implementation roadmap and a plan for future scalability.
