Through the Faith, Nourishment & Healing initiative, the organization provides Bibles, food, clothing, shelter, and medical support to individuals and families seeking hope and healing.
The goal of this project is to raise the necessary funds to continue and expand these efforts. With your support, we can reach more Christians with the essential resources they need to survive, grow in faith, and experience true wholeness—both body and soul.
Project Deliverables for Intern – Faith, Nourishment & Healing Fundraising Initiative
- Fundraising Campaign Strategy Outline
- Develop a step-by-step fundraising plan with timelines, goals, and target donor profiles (churches, businesses, individuals).
- Identify platforms (email, social media, phone, events) and key messaging points.
- Donation Landing Page Content
- Create compelling copy and layout recommendations for a donation landing page.
- Include sections for: project overview, donor impact breakdown (“$50 feeds a family...”), testimonies, and donation call-to-action.
- Coordinate with web team to ensure design matches ministry branding and includes donation links (e.g., Zeffy or Stripe).
- Email Campaign Materials
- Write a series of 3–5 fundraising emails for segmented donor audiences (new donors, past supporters, corporate partners).
- Include subject lines, preview text, and suggested send schedule.
- Social Media Marketing Package
- Design 10–15 posts (graphics and captions) highlighting the impact of giving (e.g., Bible distribution in Kenya, access to shelter, etc.).
- Include hashtags, emojis, and call-to-actions.
- Create a short video or slideshow with testimonials and visuals for reels or stories.
- Phone Outreach Script
- Draft a professional and heartfelt script for phone calls to past donors, church partners, and new leads.
- Include conversation openers, project pitch, FAQs, and how to give over the phone or online.
- Donor Lead List Development
- Research and compile a list of 50+ potential donor leads, including:
- Faith-based organizations
- Christian businesses or foundations
- Local churches and ministries
- Past event attendees or supporters
- Outreach Letter Template
- Write a general fundraising letter and a corporate sponsorship request version.
- Include donation link, impact summary, and contact info for follow-up.
- Partnership Pitch Deck (Optional, if presenting to churches or businesses)
- Create a PowerPoint/Google Slides deck summarizing the mission, need, impact, and giving options.
- Include images of outreach in Kenya, community meals, and technology used.
- Progress Tracker & Donor Engagement Log
- Develop a simple spreadsheet or CRM log to track outreach, follow-ups, donor responses, and committed donations.
- Weekly Status Reports
- Submit a brief weekly update to report progress on tasks, successes, challenges, and next steps.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
