The goal of this project is to develop a strategic client outreach campaign to enhance engagement and awareness of insurance and investment services. Students will research, design, and implement outreach tactics while receiving mentorship and professional insights to refine their approach.able industry insights.

Deliverables

1. Research & Analysis:

  - Identify target demographics, client needs, and preferences.  

  - Analyze competitors' outreach strategies to find effective approaches.  


2. Strategy Development:  

  - Choose the best outreach channels (email, social media, webinars, direct outreach).  

  - Plan engagement tactics (personalization, educational content, referral incentives).  


3. Content Creation:

  - Draft emails, social media posts, and blog articles tailored to audience needs.  

  - Design brochures, infographics, and other marketing materials for outreach.  


4. Implementation:  

  - Launch the campaign across chosen platforms.  

  - Execute client outreach strategies, engage with responses, and adjust tactics for effectiveness.  


5. Evaluation & Analytics: 

  - Track engagement metrics to assess the campaign's performance.  

  - Gather feedback from both potential clients and existing ones.  


6. Mentorship & Feedback: 

  - Receive direct mentorship on business strategies and industry best practices.  

  - Engage in regular feedback sessions on outreach effectiveness and professional development.  

  - Explore follow-up opportunities for networking and career growth.
