Welcome to Coyle Films! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative animated film project.

Main Goal:

The primary objective of this project is to create character design rotations in preparation for rigging in Harmony. This work could be done in Clip Studio or Photoshop.

Required experience level: Animation student in college program

Items to complete: Several rotation designs within 60 hours over 2-8 weeks

Project Scope and Expectations:

During this project, students will sketch and then clean up character design rotations based on already designed characters.

Project Details:

Here is a breakdown of tasks and milestones.

• Task 1: work with director on selecting characters and goals for time allocated
• Task 2: sketch character rotation and obtain approvals/changes from director
• Task 3: clean up sketch with black line only and submit finals to director for approval

Final Deliverables:

Provide details about what the student will upload to the platform as their final deliverable(s).

• Deliverable 1: rough sketch of rotation
• Deliverable 2: initial cleanup for feedback
• Deliverable 3: final cleanup based on feedback

For students: To validate the completion of your work, please submit deliverables as uploaded files with a reflection note at the end of your project. These files must be in the designated formats: CSP, PSD and PNGS. A Reflection note can be in various formats, including Word documents, PDFs, JPEG images, presentations, and more. We request tangible proof or an example showcasing your completed work. This project will involve signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
