Details

Reflective Soul Therapy & Wellness Inc is a new wellness practice aiming to establish a strong presence in the community. The primary goal of this project is to build community awareness and engagement through a comprehensive marketing and fundraising strategy. The project will involve researching effective marketing techniques tailored to the wellness industry, identifying potential community partners, and creating a detailed plan to execute a fundraising event. The team will also develop a digital marketing campaign to enhance online visibility and attract potential clients. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of marketing principles, event planning, and digital communication strategies in a real-world setting. By the end of the project, the team will have crafted a cohesive plan that Reflective Soul Therapy & Wellness Inc can implement to increase its community footprint and client base. Further to this, we want to also market our services provincially as we have counselling clinicians that offer online services. The fundraiser can also be advertised provincially. (Note: All funds raised will support clients who cannot afford Counselling, Nutrition Coaching/Personal Training, Naturopathic and Acupuncture Services. The goal is to target raising funds for those who fall in the lower middle socioeconomic status as there is truly no funding options to support this financial class. 100% of the profits will be allowed to supporting those in need).

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive marketing plan and a detailed proposal for a community fundraising event. The marketing plan will outline strategies for both digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and local partnerships. The marketing plan will include a year long list of topics/ideas for instagram, FaceBook and tictoc reel topics that address mental health, nutrition coaching/weight loss, naturopathic services and acupuncture benefits. Additionally, the team will provide a timeline and budget for the proposed fundraising event (goal is to run with minimal costs), along with suggested promotional materials and outreach strategies. These deliverables will equip Reflective Soul Therapy & Wellness Inc with actionable insights and tools to effectively engage with their community.

We are a mental health and wellness clinic that empowers wellness inside and out. Our focus is to help the clients become the best versions of themselves by addressing mental and physical challenges. We currently offer counselling & psychotherapy services, nutrition coaching, personal training, naturopathic and acupuncture services. (I am currently looking to hire a massage therapist as well so that is a service we will want to have language for to add at a later date).
