Permatours is seeking to enhance its event attendance by developing a comprehensive marketing strategy and project management playbook. The goal is to attract a larger audience to their events, which focus on sustainable living, permaculture / natural building, and community building. The project involves researching current marketing trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying target demographics. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of marketing principles to create a tailored strategy that aligns with Permatours' mission and values. The project also includes developing a playbook that outlines best practices and tools to use for event co-creation, project management, operations, and promotion. This playbook will serve as a guide for future events, ensuring consistency and efficiency in planning and execution.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a implementing a marketing strategy and a comprehensive event production and promotion playbook. The marketing strategy should outline specific tactics for attracting attendees, including digital marketing, partnerships, and community engagement. The playbook should provide step-by-step guidelines for event planning, management, and promotion, ensuring that all team members can effectively contribute to the event's success.
