Achieving Abilities, LLC (small company offering in-home Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA, to children with autism) is committed to fostering a supportive work environment by enhancing the mental well-being of its Team Members. The company seeks to implement a structured mental health program that can either be a monthly resource distribution or a biannual week-long event. The goal is to provide Team Members with valuable mental health resources, engaging activities, and practical tools to improve their mental health and well-being. This project will involve creating a comprehensive suite of materials, including videos, free training sessions, and email templates, to ensure consistent and effective communication. The program should be designed to be easily implemented and adaptable to the company's needs, focusing on promoting mental health awareness and providing actionable strategies for stress management and personal growth.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed plan for a monthly or biannual mental health program, complete with a series of engaging videos and free training modules. Additionally, the project will provide a collection of resources, such as mental health tips, challenges, and templates for emails and schedules.
