myDeen Education aims to boost subscriptions for its monthly magazine, which provides valuable insights and resources for its readers. The current challenge is to identify effective marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience and convert interest into subscriptions. The project will involve analyzing current marketing efforts, understanding the target demographic, and researching successful marketing tactics used by similar publications. The goal of this internship is to develop a structured and efficient CRM system to manage outreach efforts to influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Additionally, the intern will create outreach materials to effectively communicate our brand message and partnership opportunities.

Deliverables

1) Research & Identify Influencers

  • Identify potential Instagram and YouTube influencers aligned with myDeen’s brand values and target audience.
  • Compile a list of influencers, categorizing them based on relevance, engagement, and follower count.

2) Develop a CRM System for Outreach

  • Design a CRM system (spreadsheet, Airtable, or other platform) to track influencer contacts, responses, and partnership status.
  • Organize data such as influencer names, contact info, audience demographics, previous collaborations, and follow-up schedules.


3) Create Outreach Materials

  • Draft email and DM templates for influencer outreach, including collaboration proposals and follow-ups.
  • Design an outreach pitch deck or one-pager explaining myDeen’s mission, audience, and potential partnership benefits.


4) Engagement & Outreach Execution

  • Send outreach messages and manage responses professionally.
  • Track engagement and maintain clear records within the CRM system.


5) Weekly Progress Reports

  • Provide updates on influencer responses and ongoing communications.
  • Suggest improvements for outreach strategy based on engagement results.
