We are looking to boost brand visibility and grow an engaged community on Instagram and TikTok through fresh, dynamic content and smart strategy.
Students will be tasked with:
- Familiarizing themselves with the show’s episodes, brand voice, and target audience.
- Editing full episodes into short-form video clips optimized for Reels and TikTok.
- Creating engaging static and interactive posts (quotes, infographics, polls).
- Designing and executing a content calendar with daily posts.
- Managing the social media pages by posting content, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- Researching social media trends and recommending creative new marketing strategies to expand reach and drive engagement.
Bonus tasks may include analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategies over time.
By the end of the project, students should deliver:
- A clear understanding of The Golda Show’s mission, audience, and content style.
- A 30-day content calendar including video clips, static posts, and interactive content.
- Edited short-form video clips for Instagram and TikTok.
- Designs for static/interactive posts (e.g., templates for quotes, polls).
- Active management of The Golda Show’s Instagram and TikTok pages throughout the project.
- Bonus deliverables may include a performance review and recommendations for future improvements.
Final deliverables:
- A compiled content package (videos + posts ready to publish).
- A 10-minute presentation summarizing work and results.
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.

The Golda Show is a dynamic platform dedicated to real conversations about business, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. Currently, we are preparing to launch The Golden Pitch—a special segment where aspiring entrepreneurs pitch their ideas for feedback and exposure. The intern will play a key role in curating and managing engaging social media content to build excitement and visibility in the lead-up to this event.
