Mai Moore aims to enhance its brand presence and establish itself as a leading voice in public speaking and media, akin to a female Jay Shetty. The project focuses on developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages social media, events, and public relations to increase brand awareness and engagement. The goal is to create a cohesive and impactful campaign that resonates with the target audience and positions Mai Moore as a thought leader in the industry. The project will involve analyzing current market trends, identifying key audience segments, and crafting tailored messaging that aligns with Mai Moore's vision and mission. By implementing innovative marketing tactics and utilizing various media platforms, the project seeks to boost Mai Moore's visibility and influence in the public speaking and content creation space. Furthermore, the project also focuses on paid public speaking appearances and building out the processes, booking, sourcing etc.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed marketing strategy document outlining the proposed campaign, including target audience analysis, messaging framework, and media plan. Additionally, the team will create a content calendar for social media and event planning, along with a PR strategy to enhance Mai Moore's public profile. A final presentation will summarize the strategy and expected outcomes, providing actionable insights for implementation.
