- Audit of current intake/project tracking system
- Implementation of Asana or Trello with structured workflows
- Cold lead spreadsheet cleaned and imported into GHL
- Leads tagged and entered into CRM pipeline stages
- Basic outreach automation and tracking set up in GHL
- Staff training materials and SOP documentation
