The main objective of this project is to support and enhance the client journey and sales experience for The Early Childhood Coach brand. The intern will assist in streamlining the sales pipeline—from lead generation to onboarding and upselling—while gaining hands-on experience in customer relationship management, communication, and service-based business operations.

📌 Key Tasks:

• Research and compile a lead generation list of potential clients, partners, or aligned organizations
• Assist in creating and sending customized client proposals using Honeybook or approved templates
• Support the development of a client tracking system to monitor the sales pipeline from intake to post-service
• Help manage and organize client communications, contracts, and onboarding steps
• Draft client-facing communication templates, including follow-ups and upsell messaging
• Participate in weekly team check-ins to reflect on progress and receive mentorship

📦 Deliverables:

1. Lead Generation List

• A curated list of 20–30 potential leads with contact details and brief notes on alignment with the brand

1. Client Tracking System

• A spreadsheet or CRM-compatible system to track client journey stages (Intake → Discovery → Proposal → Onboarding → Service → Upsell/Offboarding)

1. Client Proposal Templates

• 3–5 customized proposals or templates tailored to different services and client types

1. Follow-Up & Upsell Email Sequence

• 1–2 email sequences designed to re-engage past clients or offer next-step services

1. Reflection & Insights Report

• A 1–2 page report or short presentation outlining key learnings, workflow suggestions, and ideas to strengthen future client experiences
