Details

Emma’s Dream is a purpose-driven initiative designed to help children ages 6–10 discover their natural talents early—before outside expectations begin to shape who they think they should be. Through creative, emotionally intelligent workshops, Emma’s Dream empowers kids to explore, express, and connect with what truly excites them.

We are looking for a small, passionate team of interns to support the growth of this project—starting with our first in-person workshop on August 2nd in New York City. This will serve as a pilot to test and refine our approach, and we’re looking for collaborators excited about working on real-world strategy, outreach, content, and experience design.

You’ll be part of something meaningful from the ground up—with the chance to shape how Emma’s Dream grows, connects with families, and creates lasting impact.

  • Identify and connect with local partners: schools, family centers, influencers.
  • Help with basic logistics: scheduling, check-in flow, feedback forms.

On-Site or Remote Participation (August 2nd)

  • Optional: attend and support the event in-person (if in NYC).
  • Help capture photos, testimonials, and feedback.
  • Support follow-up with families.

Post-Workshop Analysis & Report

  • Collect and synthesize parent and child feedback.

Emma’s Dream combines engaging storytelling with gamified activities designed to make the process of talent discovery fun and accessible for children. By guiding kids through playful experiences, the platform helps them recognize their unique strengths and interests early on. This early awareness empowers children to build confidence, explore potential career paths, and stay true to themselves before external pressures take hold.
