Petra Mayer & Associates Consulting is a Learning and Development Consultancy based in BC, Canada. We have identified the changes in L&D driven by AI and would like to create a well rounded report on the impact of AI on Corporate Learning and Development.


This project is to:

  • Define areas impacted by AI in L&D (e.g. system upgrade, learning content development, testing and assessments, AI coach or AI assistant, etc.)
  • Research and document AI impact on those areas, options available in the market and pros and cons
  • SWOT analysis of utilizing AI in L&D
  • Opportunities for L&D consulting for corporate clients wanting to utilize AI in L&D


The project that can be conducted by a group or an individual includes:

  1. Project Charter development
  2. Research
  3. Report documentation and presentation
Deliverables

The project deliverables are:

  • Project Charter to outline project, responsibilities, milestones and timelines
  • Research report detailing areas of AI opportunities
  • Research presentation


All work and communication is done virtually.

Research is meant to include various AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and others to be defined in the Project Charter)

Output documentation to be in a language that can be used for marketing purposes.
