The goal of this project is to design a cohesive system that streamlines the process of creating nanomaterials and master batches. Learners will explore how these technologies can be synergistically combined to improve efficiency and innovation in material development. The project will involve researching current methodologies, identifying integration points, and proposing a system architecture that leverages the strengths of each technology. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge in materials science, AI/ML, and manufacturing processes, while also gaining insights into the practical challenges of integrating diverse technological systems.
The project deliverables will include a comprehensive report detailing the proposed system architecture and integration strategy. This report should outline the roles of Flash Joule Heating, AI/ML, and additive manufacturing in the system. Additionally, learners will create a presentation summarizing their findings and recommendations. The deliverables should demonstrate a clear understanding of how these technologies can be effectively combined to advance nanomaterial development.
