stress management psychology behavioral science social sciences mental health innovationThe project aims to explore and benchmark methodologies, techniques, and activities rooted in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, and Psychology. These methods are employed in professional workshops and mental health settings to enhance four key dimensions of human abilities: self-relationship, interpersonal relationships, human-machine interactions, and connection with nature. The goal is to compile a comprehensive report detailing scientifically proven techniques currently in use. This report will serve as the foundation for designing an innovative workshop series aimed at training educators and teachers. The workshops will focus on selected methods and activities that foster self-esteem, collaboration, secure human-machine interactions, and stress reduction through nature.
The project will deliver a comprehensive report that benchmarks and presents current science-backed techniques across the four dimensions of human abilities. Additionally, an innovative workshop series, consisting of four 20-hour sessions, will be developed to train educators and teachers. These workshops will focus on practical application of the selected methods, enabling educators to effectively implement them in their professional settings.
