Details

Collab Culture aims to expand its network by recruiting new Chapters across Canada. The objective is to attract entrepreneurial leaders who resonate with the company's values and are eager to establish and grow local networking chapters. These chapters will focus on fostering small business collaboration, enhancing community engagement, and driving local economic growth. The project involves developing a strategic marketing campaign that effectively communicates the benefits and opportunities of becoming a Chapter President. Learners will apply their marketing knowledge to identify target demographics, craft compelling messaging, and select appropriate channels for outreach. The ultimate goal is to create a sustainable recruitment strategy that can be replicated in different regions.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive marketing plan outlining the strategy to recruit Chapter Presidents. This plan should detail target audience profiles, key messaging, and recommended marketing channels. Additionally, learners will create sample marketing materials, such as social media posts and email templates, to support the campaign. A final presentation will summarize the strategy and demonstrate how it aligns with Collab Culture's mission and values.
