Health & Wellness Program Implementation

We are looking to formalize a Health and Wellness Program for our Agency. We do not have an adequate understanding of what types of health and wellness initiatives will be of value to our employees or how to justify the cost to our Management or Board of Directors. We would like to get a better sense of what other organizations are doing to promote health and wellness among their employees and which programs are most impactful. Students will be provided access to organization information as required, including access to the newly formed Health and Wellness Committee to collect interview data. The primary goal of implementing a Health and Wellness Program is to elevate the overall wellbeing of our employees and to make our Agency an employer of choice. We hope to gain an understanding of what components should be included and on implementation strategies.

Social & Web Analytics Project

In this project, you will be asked to review, research and make recommendations to increase engagement on JF&CS’s social media accounts, in terms of increasing followers, community engagement and brand credibility. You will be asked to conduct a Web/Social Media Evaluation and provide recommendations.

Law Clerk Placement

The main goal of the project would be to review and close files in preparation for scanning. The project could also include assisting the law clerk with their duties, such as serving and filing court documents, preparing court orders, etc.

Policy and Internal Documentation Update Project

We are looking for students to help review, update and improve current internal manuals, handbooks and policies.
