In this project, you will be asked to review, research and make recommendations to increase engagement on JF&CS’s social media accounts, in terms of increasing followers, community engagement and brand credibility. You will be asked to conduct a Web/Social Media Evaluation and provide recommendations.

Web/Social Evaluation:

• Review external web communications content and design (e.g., website, social media calendar)
• Track Search Engine Optimization (SEO), analytics and social media engagement
• Measure social marketing and web campaigns
• Research and gain a working knowledge of our peers’ websites and social media to recommend best practices or areas for improvement
• Research social media and digital marketing trends

Web/Social Recommendations:

• Boosted content: Share pros and cons of paid (or boosted) content
• Trends: Provide recommendations on social media and digital marketing trends to educate team on innovations, creative strategy, and strive for digital leadership within the industry
• Influencers: Provide recommendations, if applicable, regarding development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
• Report: Include above and other recommendations concerning results-driven digital strategies to enhance work of the Development and Communications team. To be shared in a PowerPoint or report

Students will connect directly with Development, Marketing and Communication team for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
