MoVA Realities is seeking to enhance its digital presence and effectiveness in the augmented reality (AR) industry. The project aims to develop a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with MoVA's business goals and leverages current industry trends. The learners will begin by conducting a competitor analysis to understand the digital strategies employed by key players in the AR sector. This will be followed by crafting targeted content strategies that resonate with MoVA's audience and enhance brand visibility. Additionally, the project involves performing a website audit to identify areas for improvement and provide SEO recommendations to boost online traffic. The learners will also identify emerging AR industry trends to ensure MoVA stays ahead of the curve. Finally, the project will focus on building a B2B lead generation pipeline specifically tailored for the events sector, helping MoVA to expand its client base and increase revenue opportunities.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed report outlining the findings from the competitor analysis and the proposed content strategies. Learners will also provide a comprehensive website audit report with actionable SEO recommendations. Additionally, a presentation on identified AR industry trends will be prepared.
