Roles & Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Customer Research: Learn how TPD delivers value through recruitment and workforce solutions, define our ideal customer profiles by industry and role, and research (may include primary and secondary research) what kinds of content actually help hiring managers (interview guides, onboarding checklists, workforce planning tools).
Strategic Content Audit & Analysis: Review our website, Google Drive, and internal documents to identify all existing assets, evaluate each for content quality and market relevance, and flag outdated materials while noting gaps where new content is needed
Content Creation & Brand Optimization: Update existing resources to match current brand standards and market needs, create 2-3 new assets (interview guide, compensation trends, how-to-hire playbook) based on research findings and client pain points, and ensure content aligns with TPD's value proposition.
Marketing Operations & Distribution Strategy: Map out how prospects discover and access these resources via web, email, and sales outreach, recommend follow-up workflows including automated sequences and sales alerts, and suggest tracking engagement through CRM and marketing tools
Strategic Foundation: Content Audit Summary + Gap Analysis identifying opportunities and priorities for TPD's marketing arsenal
High-Impact Marketing Assets: 2–3 Refreshed Assets + 2–3 New Ones (fully designed and copy-edited) that directly address client pain points and drive lead generation
Marketing Operations Blueprint: Content Distribution & Follow-Up Workflow Plan (with tools, timing, and ownership mapped) to maximize engagement and conversion from each asset
Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.
Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.
Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.
