User Experience Design & Technical Documentation
Improve the onboarding and in-app experience for Cake users, especially for the 55+ demographic. Support the development team by translating UX ideas into actionable use cases. Define how Sasha (the AI assistant) can facilitate user engagement and group formation.
Launch Marketing Strategy for Cake App
The Cake app is gearing up for its launch in September 2025, and the primary goal of this project is to craft and execute a marketing strategy that ensures a successful market introduction. The project aims to identify and engage with potential local business sponsors and strategic partners to enhance the app's visibility and encourage early adoption. By focusing on local businesses, the project seeks to create a network of supporters who can amplify the app's reach within the community. The team will research potential partners, analyze their alignment with Cake's brand values, and develop tailored engagement plans.
