Improve the onboarding and in-app experience for Cake users, especially for the 55+ demographic.


Support the development team by translating UX ideas into actionable use cases.


Define how Sasha (the AI assistant) can facilitate user engagement and group formation.

Deliverables
  • Map user journeys including onboarding and daily use scenarios.


  • Identify friction points and accessibility challenges in the user experience.


  • Propose mockups or wireframes for onboarding and group matchmaking.


  • Define use cases and user stories for key features.


  • Draft logic models and user flows for Sasha’s role in community engagement.


  • Compile a technical brief for the development team based on findings and user research.


  • Conduct a competitor and SWOT analysis of similar digital communities to inform design choices.
