With over 16 years in the luxury watch industry, I have established myself as Brand Manager for Hamilton watch in Canada, as part of the Swatch Group. I had the opportunity to build a solid reputation and a deep understanding of the requirements of luxury brands while constantly communicating with brands all across Canada, the United States, and Switzerland. Furthermore, I refined my skills and knowledge by pursuing an MBA with the prestigious Australian Institute of Business.
In 2021, I launched Northern Watch Services Inc., a 360° agency dedicated to providing authorized jewellers and luxury brands with industry expertise to strengthen their online presence and in-person activations. Our motto is “Connecting Jewellers with Brands, Watch Enthusiasts, and Corporate Clients.”

Part of the Swatch Group, the world’s largest watch manufacturer and marketer, I was responsible for the Hamilton Watch brand for the Canadian market combining sales, operations, and marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and growth potential.
• Increase sales by over 300% over twelve years by developing a qualitative team that supports retail partners across Canada and acquires strategic corporate clients.
• Become the #1 watch brand within the Canadian Aviation industry by partnering with key organizations such as the Royal Canadian Air Forces Snowbirds, Air Cadet League of Canada, Air Transport Association of Canada, Webster Memorial Trophy Competition, David Charles Abramson Memorial Flight Instructor Safety Award, and more.
• Develop successful launch events in Canada’s top 5 key markets to maximize press coverage and grow local brand awareness with end consumers, retailers, and media.
• Recipient of the first Shop In Shop award, recognizing the subsidiaries that install the most brand furniture within 24 months. (60% of the Canadian retailers introduced an SIS to improve brand presence and grow market share).
• Work closely with HQ in Switzerland and the US subsidiary to develop brand awareness in Canada by following guidelines and brand identity.
