I'm Malika, a 4th-year Bachelor of Science student at Wilfrid Laurier University with a strong interest in cloud computing, AI/ML and project management. I have experience working with Python, JavaScript, SQL, Firebase and cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud. Throughout my academic journey, I've built and led multiple projects including AI-powered job-seeking tools, a Chrome extension for tracking job applications and an AI-driven resume optimization platform. I’ve also participated in several hackathons, developing solutions such as sustainable period product awareness apps and schizophrenia detection using EEG data. My work experience includes completing a fellowship at Headstarter, where I worked with Stripe APIs, as well as freelance QA testing and team-based software development. I'm excited to apply my technical and leadership skills to real world challenges on Ripen, collaborate with teams and create meaningful solutions.
