This includes tracking updates and tasks in a centralized space in Notion. The project will involve the following steps for the team:
- Collaborating with different departments to understand their specific needs and requirements for the app.
- Creating a project management plan to outline the timeline, tasks, and responsibilities for each department.
- Setting up a centralized space in Notion to track updates, tasks, and progress for the app development.
- Coordinating regular meetings and check-ins with each department to ensure alignment and progress.
- Managing any roadblocks or issues that arise during the app development process.
The learners will need to complete the following tasks to achieve the project goal:
-Reporting weekly in an online meeting to the CEO on overall progress, roadblocks and discuss strategies to improve efficiencies and tasks. Ultimately working together to ensure the project remains on track
- A comprehensive project management plan outlining the timeline, tasks, and responsibilities for each department involved in the app development.
- A centralized space in Notion set up to track updates, tasks, and progress for the app development.
- Regular meeting notes and progress reports to demonstrate coordination and alignment across departments.
- Documentation of any roadblocks or issues encountered during the app development process and how they were managed.
Access to Communication Channels:
- Students will be integrated into our Slack workspace, allowing them to communicate with team members from various departments. This platform will facilitate real-time support, answer questions, and enable collaborative problem-solving.
Comprehensive Resources:
- Full access to our Notion board will be provided, where students can find detailed documentation, project outlines, and records of previous projects. This resource will serve as a valuable reference and guide.
Structured Feedback:
- Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to review the students' work, ensuring they are on the right track and meeting project milestones. Constructive feedback will help them refine their work and improve their skills.
Direct Mentorship from CEO and Founder:
- Students will receive one-on-one mentorship from Ranique McLaughlin, our CEO and Founder. This will include weekly meetings to discuss progress, troubleshoot issues, and offer strategic advice.

Each participating business receives a portion of the ticket sales directly when someone visits with a ticket.
