What is the main goal for this project?

Jewish Family and Child Service (JF&CS) is seeking to enhance its staff development by identifying specific training needs and gaps across all departments. The primary goal of this project is to perform a thorough needs analysis that evaluates training requirements related to social work, back-office operations, and administrative functions. By conducting this analysis, the team will gather valuable insights that will help pinpoint learning gaps and facilitate targeted resource allocation. This project will enable JF&CS to develop a more effective training program, ensuring that all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles efficiently. The project involves data collection through surveys, interviews, and reviewing existing training materials.

Implementation Plan

  • Task: Develop a proposed timeline and resource allocation plan for implementing the recommended training programs based on the analysis.
  • Deliverable: A detailed plan that includes timelines, resource requirements, and steps for rolling out the new training programs.
