Project Scope:

Enabled Talent is an inclusive employment platform using AI to connect people with disabilities to accessible job opportunities. We’re seeking strategic consulting support to refine our market strategy and prepare for upcoming fundraising. The project will involve:


  • Market Research: Conducting primary and secondary research to evaluate inclusive hiring trends, stakeholder needs, and accessibility mandates.
  • Market Positioning: Identifying key user segments and developing value propositions tailored to employers, nonprofits, and public sector partners.
  • Competitive Advantage: Analyzing comparable platforms to map differentiators, AI tools, and service models.
  • Pitch & Deck Development: Strengthening our investor pitch and supporting materials for fundraising and partnership outreach.


This project will support our growth roadmap and improve investor alignment as we scale.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed market research report highlighting key findings and insights, a strategic analysis of Enabled Talent's competitive advantage, and a professionally designed pitch deck.
