LocalOn t/a where.a.bouts aims to increase app downloads and user engagement in Canada and the US. The company has recently introduced a "Pay & Reserve" feature designed to drive in-store sales for local small businesses, popup and market vendors. The project focuses on creating a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the app and its new feature. The goal is to leverage digital marketing techniques, social media campaigns, and user feedback to enhance visibility and user interaction. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of marketing, user experience, and data analysis to real-world scenarios, ultimately contributing to the app's growth and success.


Key tasks include:
